General Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • The original tags/labels are attached.
  • Items must be in original condition. The products are unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with no makeup, animal fur, or cigarette odors. We are strict about it!
  • Masks, neck gaiters, socks, custom-made, monogrammed, personalized, or altered products cannot be returned unless the goods are faulty.
  • You have completed the online Return Form to authorize your return.

We will not accept returns of any items that do not meet the requirements mentioned above.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. If there's an issue with the clothing, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

1. You can cancel your order if there’s a processing time of more than 7 business days. In that case, you can choose between:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit (never expires)

2. If your order is still within the standard processing time, you can cancel it only for:

  • Store credit (never expires)

Why we can’t cancel for a refund during normal processing:

  • Once payment is captured, card providers charge non-refundable fees. That’s why our policy doesn’t allow full refunds unless there's a delay beyond 7 business days.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We don't offer direct exchanges. However, there are two options that you can choose from:

  1. You can make a new order for the item(s) and the size(s) you want. After that, you can ship back the item(s) that you don't want for a store credit or refund. You can check the return policy in the above section.
  2. You can ship back the item(s) you don't want for store credit if you meet the requirements. You'll be issued store credit within 72 hours after the package is delivered to us, and it can be used to purchase anything on www.devilwalkingclothing.com. We'll email you once your credit is available.

We are sorry about that! Please get in touch with our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item. We will find the best options available for repair, replacement, or refund. Please include your order number and photos when contacting us.

How Do I Send Back My Return?

Easy peasy!

  1. First, you have to complete the Return Form.
  2. We will prepare the shipping back to us via DHL or FedEx.* Label costs depend on your package weight. The carrier will pick up the package from your order address, and you can schedule a time that suits you.

*Customers from Europe can send the item(s) back to us by themselves.

Please keep in mind that
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you refuse the delivery, your order will only be eligible for store credit once it’s returned to us — minus the shipping costs both ways.
  • Buyers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or advancement fees charged at delivery in countries where these apply. If an order is undelivered due to non-payment of these fees, it will not be refunded. In some cases, a partial refund may be issued — but only after deducting all manufacturing, shipping, and return costs from the total amount paid.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier-delayed packages. If this happens, it’s up to the buyer to contact the shipping carrier and request reimbursement directly.
What refund options are available?

We have two options:

1. Store Credit
  • You'll receive credit for the item(s) — deducting the return shipping label cost*.
  • Use it anytime — no expiration.
  • Best option if you’re planning to reorder or want to avoid extra fees.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method

You'll be refunded for the item(s) — minus:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping label cost*
  • 2% transaction fee on the items you want to return

Return shipping label costs depend on the package weight.

  • If both items or the whole order from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded as an in-store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.
  • If you return one item or part of the order, then we will take into consideration the items you want to keep and what the initial price should have been for these items only.
