HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA?

Nope – not even close. Everything from the idea to the design to the final stitch is done in-house by our team. We’re obsessed with quality, so we prefer to handle every step ourselves.

The fabrics we use are imported from Italy, because when it comes to premium quality, they’re simply unmatched.

I FOUND THE SAME PRODUCTS ON eBay FOR $10?!

Nope! You haven’t found the same products. What you have stumbled upon are unauthorized replicas. They look good in the photos (since the images are probably downloaded from our website), but:

  • The prints are blurry
  • The fabrics are of low quality
  • The inks fade after the first wash.

Unfortunately, we can’t deal with all of the imitations, or at least not quickly enough.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Usually It takes us 1-5 days to ship the orders. Once in a blue moon, minor delays are possible. Delivery times depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. You can find detailed information here.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, please do the following:

1. Login to your Devil Walking account.

2. Click on the order you want to track.

3. Next to your fulfillment date, there is a link with the tracking number. If you don't see it, your order is still being processed.

Additionally, you’re gonna get an e-mail from us telling you that your order has been shipped. Inside that e-mail, you’ll find a link to track your order with.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Yes, you can update your contact details and/or size by simply emailing us the necessary changes. Contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and updates in the email. That’s all!

Please note:

  • Changes can only be made if your package hasn't yet shipped.
  • Making changes may increase the processing time of your order.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel your order, but the type of refund depends on the processing status:

  1. If there’s a processing time of more than 7 days:
    You can choose between
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit (never expires)

2. If your order is still within the standard processing time:

You can cancel it only for:

  • Store credit (never expires)

Why we can’t cancel for a refund during normal processing:

  • Once payment is captured, card providers charge non-refundable fees. That’s why our policy doesn’t allow full refunds unless there's a delay beyond 7 days.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Of course! We sell them here. Vouchers don’t have an expiration date and can be used multiple times until they are all used up, so no money is wasted.
